A Winters Day

It's become ever so cold this week, but on days like today even though it's cold the frost makes everything look really beautiful.

Every two weeks my colleagues and I participate in a photographic challenge... we pick a word and use it as a photographic brief. It can be interpreted anyway you like. The last two words that were picked out were Gluttony and Balls, I decided to do a self portrait for both.

My best friend Shannon is sadly leaving, she moving back to America... sad times ahead. We decided before she leaves we would go on one last girly trip, so we went to Rome.

It's hard to take a bad photo in Rome!

Sunrise

From my bedroom window I have a beautiful view of the fields and I can see the sunrise... and in Autumn the sunrises are stunning.
