It's Nearly Time...

to launch my new blog site. I was lucky enough to have the help of MacGeek today to help tweak the site and it's looking good. Few more little glitches to correct and I'll let you know when and where you can find us :D

Charity Shopping

As usual I've been rummaging in the Charity shops and got myself tons of wonderful bargains this week, including a vintage cheese knife (20p) and gravy boat (50p), an Edith Piaf LP (£1.50), a gold corset (£5) and this very cute dress (£3)...

The Crown Henlow

On Wednesday I met up with my parents at The Crown in Henlow, a lovely country pub, for lunch. I was very taken with the recycled pallets shelves.... food was lovely too. Thanks Mum & Dad!

Day Out In Cambridge

On Bank holiday Monday James took me for a day out in Cambridge, we looked around the shops and market, walked along to river and watched the punts go by, stopped for coffee and cake in Patisserie Valerie and sat in the park.... the perfect bank holiday.

 

The Great Gatsby

We when to see The Great Gatsby on Sunday, I've been looking forward to it for so long as I love Baz Luhrmann's Romeo & Juliet and Moulin Rouge.

 

I enjoyed the movie and absolutely loved Carey Mulligan's costumes...
